Terms of Service

Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a confirmed sale. We review incoming orders and may accept or reject them — for example if an item has gone out of stock since you added it to your cart, or if we can't deliver to your address. You'll see the order's status update in your account either way.

Prices and stock levels are shown as accurately as we can manage in real time, but availability can change between when you add an item to your cart and when you check out. If an item sells out before your order is accepted, that line won't be fulfilled and you won't be charged for it.

Home delivery is available to addresses within our covered delivery zones; addresses outside those zones can use Collection Point Pickup instead. Delivery windows shown at checkout are estimates, not guaranteed exact times.

Cash on Delivery is currently our only payment method — you pay when your order arrives or is picked up. We'll clearly show accepted payment methods at checkout if this changes.

You can cancel an order yourself before it's accepted or while it's still being packed, from your account's order page. Once an order has shipped or is ready for pickup, it can no longer be cancelled — see our Refund Policy for what to do if there's a problem with a delivered order.

Promotional discounts and coupon codes are subject to the limits shown at the time (minimum order value, number of uses, expiry date, first-order eligibility). We reserve the right to void a discount that was applied in error or through misuse of a code.

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the accuracy of the delivery addresses and contact details you provide.

We aim to fulfil every order accurately, but we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from a delayed or incorrect order beyond providing a refund or replacement under our Refund Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland.
